Good sleep is important at any age. Experts say that when we sleep, our brain gets rid of things we don't need. When we don't get enough sleep, plaque-like substances build up. Sleep also helps us learn and store memories. And research shows we're more likely to have problems doing those things if you have disturbed sleep. Sleep issues and Alzheimer's, is there a link?
