Sleepy Adam
from The Intellectuals
In this episode of "The Intellectuals," things get a bit chaotic as Adam goes MIA on "assignment" (aka he fell asleep). Mano and Big Sexy Nick hold down the fort at Pantelis Comedy, diving into everything from the wild fireworks of a Greek Easter in Parc-Ex to the legendary story of how bikers ended Nick's high school bullying. We also call up Adam to grill him on his recent gambling wins and his "treachery" for missing the recording. Plus, a deep dive into the "Movie Show" where we discuss Sean Penn’s commitment to roles, the return of the man-perm, and why every neighborhood needs an eccentric like "Alpha" from the gas station. Topics covered: The illegal fireworks of Park Extension. Why Adam is the "magnet for attention." The return of the Movie Show: Discussing "I Am Sam" and "Rudy." The legendary "Bikers at the Bus Stop" story. Being Cretan vs. Greek and the pride of Crete. Don't forget to like, subscribe, and leave a comment—should Nick go on a date with Amy? We asked for the greatest minds of our time to start a podcast. They refused. So we settled for the complete opposite. ..
