Slovenske šmarnice pri Gospe Sveti

V mesecu maju smo. Ob vaških znamenjih ali križih, v podružnicah in župnijskih cerkvah se zbiramo k šmarnicam, tej lepi slovenski majski pobožnosti. To nedeljo, 31. maja 2026, bodo pri Gospe Sveti na avstrijskem Koroškem tradicionalne Slovenske šmarnice. Katoliška akcija in Dušnopastirski urad celovške škofije jih pripravljata že več kot četrt stoletja. Praznovanje se začenja s sveto mašo, nadaljuje z duhovnim koncertom in zaključi s šmarnicami. Letos bo romarsko mašo daroval dekan Janko Krištof. Sodeloval bo APZ svete Cecilije iz Ljubljane, ki ga vodi Miha Zupanc Kovač, na orgle bo igrala Ana Kresal. Zbor bo sodeloval tudi na koncertu duhovnih pesmi, kjer se mu bo pridružila Skupina Akzent iz Ledinc, ki jo vodi Anica Lesjak-Ressmann, Šmarnično pobožnost bo vodil dekan Jurij Buch. To nedeljo se bodo torej pri Mariji v najstarejši romarski cerkvi našega naroda v molitvi in pesmi združili s sončne in senčne strani Karavank.
