Svet slovenskih organizacij, ena od krovnih organizacij naše narodne skupnosti v Italiji, je na nedavnem občnem zboru v Gorici izvolil nov odbor in kandidatno listo. Ob tem so zbrani lahko prisluhnili poročilu Walterja Bandlja, ki je predsednik organizacije zadnjih deset let. Kot je povedal za naš radio, je Svet slovenskih organizacij zvest načelom, ki so jih na današnji dan, 16. decembra 1976, postavili na ustanovni seji organizacije: slovenstvo, krščanstvo in demokracijo. Svet slovenskih organizacij povezuje slovenske kulturne, športne, gospodarske, izobraževalne, vzgojne in socialne organizacije ter zveze in društva na Goriškem, Tržaškem in Videmskem.
