Slow is Smooth, Smooth is Fast

from The One Broken Cog Podcast Hosted by One Broken Cog

Justin Kier is a speaker and coach who specializes in leadership development and collaboration. His core philosophy of leadership is wrapped up in a quote by Dwight Eisenhower: “The art of leadership is getting other people to do what YOU WANT DONE, because THEY WANT TO DO IT.” After spending years in the education industry and running his own fitness business he saw firsthand what it was like to “lead” people in something that was good for them but that they didn’t feel like doing! He’s now had over a decade of working in leadership development and coaching that has given him a unique perspective on what it takes to lead effectively. As an Executive and Performance Coach he has worked with leaders and teams from some of the largest companies in the world, as well as individuals such as small business owners that are seeking to make more of an impact in their communities or men struggling with isolation and identity. He is passionate about raising up men that are great leaders of themselves, their families, and their businesses...all seen through the lens of his faith. Justin joins the show to discuss the dangers of isolation and going it alone, who we should surround ourselves with to see the greatest success, and how to be seen as an effective leader.
