‘I certainly think that a lower carb healthy fat approach is essential for some people especially our type 2 diabetics, but I think we do not find health in the extremes. And that’s the problem with our industry and with Instagram and Tik Tok and 3 second reels. And where we’re getting our information from these days on one hand is extremely powerful in terms of access to information, but I think it’s unfortunately perpetuating this extremism, where people who are well meaning and trying to develop incredible health and body literacy don’t yet understand nuance.
