He told the police officers that he was hot, and that he needed a rest, so he took off his clothes to cool off.July 26th - City of Wisconsin Dells At 7:25 pm An "Anonymous caller" reported that a band is playing too loudly, and it's "disturbing the entire area." It is likely the same woman that has been calling for weeks.July 27th - City of Janesville At 9:10 AM Construction workers called the cops as they are rebuilding a house that had a fire earlier this year. The neighbor was yelling about the hammering noise, and was throwing things at the construction crew. I'm too nice to throw things at people. I mean maybe I'd get my point across by throwing donuts and other morning pastries.
