Police arrived and noted that neither driver had a handicapped placard or plate. December 30th - City of West BendTwo kids walked into the Police Department lobby, handcuffed to each other. They asked the police to unlock them. They told officers that the cuffs belonged to Mommy and Daddy. Officers took the children home and had a talk with the parentsDecember 31st - City of West BendA mother and her adult daughter were arguing, and then were "frisbee'ing a frozen pizza at each otherThe mom and daugher tossing a frozen pie around gives me an idea of having a show where you find the best pizza that makes the best frisbee.
