He was caught, but he refused to put his clothes back on.July 13th - City of MonroeA person believes that her neighbor has not mowed his lawn all year, and his grass is 7 feet tallJuly 13th - City of BoscobelTwo men and a woman drove into a park. While the guys were looking around the trees in the park, the woman was sitting at a picnic table, reading a book. A 911 Caller believed that this was "highly suspicious."
