from The Superlatively Yes Podcast · host Tanya Smith and Jennifer McCroddan

Show Notes for Fun Fall Hacks Hi, friends! We enjoyed putting together this episode of Smart and Simple for you. We hope you loved it too. Please give us a virtual hug and download, rate, and review us here.   Tanya says it is the most wonderful time of the year. Everyone grab your sweater and a pumpkin spice latte and hit a bonfire or a tailgate party!   Things we love and fall life hacks we need: The joyspun satin pajamas at Walmart (true to size) Tanya's leopard print ribbon to embellish her luggage when traveling (and sometimes Shawn's luggage, too :0) When you are stuck in a cold car, waiting room, office space, or your friend Tanya makes you go outside in the freezing air to enjoy fall.. you'll need these. (place them in your car, your bag, your coat, your boots, etc.) Label your cartons, boxes, and bags of food and perishables with the expiration date.  (also, label your return air filter!) These markers are on SALE! Switch up your laundry scent boosters–here is Jen's current fav scent. Organize your medicine by month! And start talking more Vitamin C and Zinc! The stuff Jen cannot live without in all the months ending in BERRR! Sinus relief.  Keep $20 cash in your glovebox and add a few ketchup packets, a straw or two, and a Chik-fila sauce while you are at it.  Switch up your exercise routine with the seasons and learn to enjoy something new.  Multi-task: listen to podcast while you clean, do squats or overhead presses while you wait for your pot to boil or your coffee to brew. Put away the laundry one item at a time to get those extra steps in around your house.  Meal prep Thursdays! Jen preps the next week's meals every Thursday night and makes her grocery list at the same time. No more missed ingredients.   Laptop riser as a make-up mirror stand–genius. No more leaning over.  It's time to make a fall cleaning list, but instead of a day-long (or weekend-long) event just add a few things to your regularly scheduled cleaning rotation. For example, it is time to change those batteries in the smoke detector. Thank you, Summer for all the fun we had together, Jen is recording all of her good times here. You can pick up a Fall journal here.  Clean the shower while you are in the shower– it's just easier. Here are some tools to help.  Find a sleep schedule that works for you! Try this–Tanya says it is a wonderful night of sleep.  Jasa's Pages: Insta: https://bit.ly/3GQKeS2 Facebook: https://bit.ly/3NCJzXf Tanya's Pages Insta: https://bit.ly/3NSDXaS Facebook: https://bit.ly/3MlOB8M Jennifer's Pages: Insta: https://bit.ly/3Nlfz1 Facebook: https://bit.ly/3NoGj1c   Tanya and Jennifer's Book: https://amzn.to/3Gi2x2a   All our love!
