What a joy to work with your friends.    Some questions to ponder:  If you could have a superpower what would it be? If we could go on a trip together, where would we go?  What day of the week describes your friend?    Unpacking friends working together as business partners.  How do we balance our similarities and our differences? – Develop Comfortableness Learn to set goals together, this might change as time goes on –Communicate   Rules: Determine the dorm room rules: define roles, talk it out.  Protect the friendship. This friendship comes first. Priority #1..  Respect each other's priorities: be flexible, select the right time to work.  Hire a business coach or a mentor.  Review these rules: as time goes on you need a reminder and a renewal, reset.  Confess where you are together: honesty is key, be real, share feelings. Pause and ask and listen to each other.    The last (unwritten rule) share CARBS.. Find your place, is that a coffee shop, a bakery or like us, Mexican food restaurant!!??!
