Frisch has also worked in other areas of law including civil rights, wage and hour, consumer protection including claims under the American's with Disabilities' Act (ADA). Frisch also has a disability and is one of the founding board members of the Minnesota Disability Bar Association. This is only the second State Bar Association in the Country for Lawyers with Disabilities.
