In this episode, we talk a little bit about grief. We dive deep into what it’s like when people ask if you’re scared to start over. And how starting over and starting fresh are two completely different things. We need to be able to normalize that starting fresh means that we have a wealth of knowledge built up to be able to start fresh. Life is not a video game and we did not lose a life and we have to start from scratch. We can save our progress as we go and start fresh each time, but not over. This episode is also very special to me because it comes out on a day that matters very much to me so I hope you guys enjoy this episode and enjoy the reasons why I spoke about this topic.
