So many changes since June 9, 1944

June 9 1944. Eighty-one years ago today I was born, and I’m wondering how 81 years went by so quickly. I don’t feel 81, but I have 81 years of memories. Today reminds me of my dad when he turned 100. I asked, “Daddy, does your life seem long?” He replied, “I ploughed behind mules, lived in a house withot electricity, and last week I was watching TV and there were little vehicles running around on Mars. I’ve gone from no telephones, to cell phones and email.
