O ministro do STF atendeu a um pedido dos advogados do Partido Liberal e determinou a suspensão da pesquisa da AtlasIntel que aponta queda na intenção de voto do filho de Bolsonaro em segundo turno contra o presidente Lula (PT) nas eleições presidenciais de outubro. Nunes Marques entendeu que há “suspeitas de indução ao eleitor” nas perguntas formuladas pelo instituto. A decisão monocrática tem validade imediata e foi colocada na pauta do TSE desta terça-feira, 9, para referendo dos demais integrantes da Corte, a pedido do ministro.
