Social Media Addiction

Tonight we are talking addiction - social media addiction. Have you had moments during which you felt you were "addicted" to checking your social media accounts - checking your DMs, looking for new stories and updates, looking at likes?? Well, this show is for you and for anyone who may be struggling with this behavior. Share this with the kids and teens in your life. You will hear some interesting facts about children and social media use. The bottom line - don't introduce your children to social media at a young age; wait for them to get a little older. What's older? Old enough to process the information they may encounter and to be able to talk with you about what they see, AAAAAAND old enough to understand the limits you will place on them with spending time on social media.  We will define what sites and apps are considered, "social media".  ARE YOU READY TO TAKE THE COUCH??
