Social (Media) Credit Scores

As time goes on, it has become more obvious to me that so many people live their precious lives according to, and governed by, their "Social Media" credit scores. While posting nearly everything they do, what else could be done with their time that is more productive? Also, one of the reasons people have so many mental stability problems is that they do not spend enough time alone--or any. Constant noise and busyness with social media are enough to make anyone crazy.
