SOLO EPISODE: Season 2 Wrap Up + What's Next for Get A Helmet

Writing this feels bittersweet. We have been putting out weekly episodes of the Get A Helmet Podcast since February of 2020. Every single one of those episodes -- interviews, meditations, Mindful Minisodes -- are filled with so much juicy wisdom and inspiration.    Today's podcast episode will be the beginning of a new phase for Get A Helmet.
