Solstice Meditation with Claire Schrader
from The Positive Future For Health Podcast
Claire talks about:✔️ Why, at this time of year it is so important for us to honour the transition from darkness into light.✔️ The Celts and Druids stayed up all night and meditated on the darkness. So you will have a time to be still and to journey into the power and magic of darkness so it can be a place of renewal for you where you can restore your depleted energies.✔️ It will be an opportunity for you to dream and explore the creative possibilities that lie within the darkness of the earth and this place of rebirth.✔️ The new sun that rises in the dawn represents the Magical Child, which brings with him/her the hopes and dreams of what is to come These are the seeds that you have already planted in the ground and are already beginning to grow and take root.IN PREPARATIONPlease sit somewhere where you can be comfortable and warm. You may want to have a blanket to wrap around you. Also, do the best you can do to create as dark a place as you possibly can. You may want to have a blindfold to create a sense of darkness.Have a candle (new if possible) to represent the new sun and matches to light it.My warmest wishes to you.ClaireWho is Claire Schrader?Claire Schrader is the founder of the Sunflower Effect® and author of the book From Wallflower to Sunflower, the quiet person’s path to natural self-confidence.
