Today’s meditation is a very special one for me. This guided meditation was created and narrated by my daughter, Sophia, and as her mom, I couldn’t be more proud of the kindness, creativity, and heart she poured into it. I wanted to share it here on the podcast because sometimes the simplest voices carry the most beautiful reminders—to slow down, breathe, and find a little peace in the middle of a busy day.I love that she is learning through watching me and she asked me to post this.
