Who do you need to L? I hate to write this, but I have to be honest sometimes; for your peace of mind, you need to “take an L.” I hate to lose and certainly hate to take an L, but at this point in life, I see a necessary reason to take one. Let me explain; if you were given 24 hrs to live, would the annoying arguments and the frustration be worth pursuing in that 24 hours? As in that person who owes you the money you will never get back (super annoying), would it be worth guilting yourself to give it to the person? Or complain about lost money? Let karma be the judge cut ties, and make more money. Remember, nothing is ever lost without again. You also don’t have to guilt yourself because you helped someone who was in need. Alternatively, bad relationships (take the L), not being treated fairly (take the L), Fired from job (take the L), lost money (take the L), business went under (take the L). The hardest thing in life is to take an L when you invest your energy in something. It’s so brutal for me, honestly, but I do take L’S when my peace is being interrupted. Sometimes you have to pay for peace; having someone nag you or bother you, or worse, rent a space in your mental real estate is gross. Losing your precious sleep and getting crow's feet over nonsense is unnecessary. While you need to validate your feelings, after 24-48hrs you have to let those feelings die. And trust me, in the end, they will receive the rightful karmic justice that will hit them correctly. You, on the other hand, capture your peace and free your mind to make more money and smash goals.

K-Talk Therapy K Talk Now Hi my name is Kendall. Welcome to K-Talk Now! A place where we can hang out and talk. In my new limited-series podcast, K-Talk Therapy™, we chat about our mental health, a subject I’m very passionate about since I know so many of us are going through anxious times right now and it’s easy to feel like you’re alone. We’ll hear from experts in the field: the psychiatrists, psychologists, therapists, coaches, authors, and our most important guests: you, our listeners. We’ll also hear from celebrities who have come forward with their mental health issues. They want us to know we’re not alone in our struggles and my goal, along with theirs, is to save lives. I feel that if we have saved just one life through our talking and hanging out together, then I will have succeeded because you belong here. I lost my uncle through suicide, and I don’t know one person who hasn’t been affected by it, one way or another. Helping each other through the tough moments in our lives is why we’re connected Salt and Pepê Podcast Salt and Pepê Podcast A podcast by and for Filipinx women, especially the queer ones. <3 From the creators of K Talk, a successful Filipino podcast, comes yet another creative project by lifelong friends.
