Growing up on a large farm in the Midwest has given me inspiration to help others learn how to eat wisely and how to spend money sensibly on food. With a full-time job and kids, I feel I’m relatable when it comes to all the above on what most of us are looking for in life. WE ARE MAKING: Sourdough Bread 🍞Video Link: https://www.instagram.com/reel/DTsgLEuiEek/?igsh=MWxhdDJ1aGs2MnUxag==So when you feed it, you do 51 grams of starter, and 50 grams of filtered water, mix it together, then add 50 grams of flour and mix that back together. I put it back in my mason jar and let it rise for 4 hours on the counter or in the microwave just to sit, you want it in a warm place to rise, usually 70-72 degrees.In a bowl 100 grams of starter.Add 325 grams of water.Mix together .Add 475 grams of flour. Mix. Add 10 grams of sea salt. Mix. It should be lumpy and not formed. Leave in a bowl on the counter & every 30 mins you will do stretch and fold 3x. Place it in a warm spot for 6-12 hours for it to double in size  Then roll up from bottom to top. Shape dough into loaf, flip upside down in bowl or basket and put in fridge for 12-15 hours. Preheat oven (with Dutch oven in the oven) to 450° . Flip loaf over score and bake covered 450° for 30 minutes - then uncovered for another 20-30 minutes at 400° or until bread is 206° internally.
