Domaine de Cabasse is based in France’s Southern Rhone region, producing rich red wines that feature Grenache varietals blended with Syrah. Today we feature the Domaine’s offering from village of Sablet, one of the most compact growing regions in Southern Rhone, and because Sablet is not as well known as neighboring Gigondas or Chateauneuf-du-Pape, there is tremendous consumer value at hand.
