Season 23, Episode 4 Top Chef "Pick A Side" We are cooking and talking about some our very favortite things this week: sides and southern staples.  Some of our special treasures and even brought to us by some insanely talented chefs; Greg Collier and the current Top Chef, Tristen Epps-Long. It's collards, corn meal, cabbage and so much more.
