Speaking Truth to Each Other

Hello Everyone!This was such a wonderful conversation! Anat offers some excellent advice that we can apply both in how we address others, and how we can examine our own understanding of truth.As we were talking, I realized that the concept of speaking truth has layers and layers of complexity. We have to make slight adjustments to our strategies depending on the specific kind of communication we’re talking about:* Face-to-face interactions* Online interactions* Group interactions* Printed/radio/video communication* Communication from a platform* etc.So, there’s a slight difference in the messaging that I’d like to see from politicians than there is from the messaging you can expect from everyday people.Anat does a wonderful job of going straight to the heart of the matter and providing a universal framework for more effective communication and more effective thinking.
