Individuals also have to look to themselves in Malawi people take responsibility only for themselves. But everyone together will result in a better outcome for them and the country. We think about ourselves more than anyone else and we have become corrupt minded people. As custodians of our organisations, we have a responsibility to move forward together. We should demand the public services we need and build community together. If we come together as a movement and collaborate we can achieve something We are all leaders in our own areas but we need someone to lead our combined vision forward. Currently it’s very difficult for someone from a rural setting with potential to gain the opportunity to realise that potential. People have elevated the importance of money over education. There is no generational wealth in Malawi. It’s the government that should educate the children of a country and ensure that their potential has every opportunity to be fulfilled. Education can change people’s fortunes in the most positive way and impact on the country.
