ABODE Contemplative Care for the Dying is a unique home in San Antonio, Texas, that provides care for up to 3 guests who are in the last few months of life.   This special episode reveals the amazing work that's being done at ABODE, as we interview their executive director, Martha Jo Atkins. Hearing Martha Jo describe the service that’s being provided by all the staff and volunteers at Abode was incredible.  We were blown away by her stories of the compassionate care they provide, and the unique ways the staff cares for each of the guests.  Abode Contemplative Care for the Dying is more than just a place that takes care of 3 people at a time - it reaches out into the community at large in so many ways.
