Charlie is the founder of Neurospicy & Co., a clothing brand centred around neurodiversity and  disability awareness, and honest conversations about real life. As an autistic and ADHD mum of three (two of whom are also autistic, and one likely to be diagnosed with ADHD also), she share's the messy, unfiltered reality of parenting, burnout, and navigating a world not built for us.Through her content and her brand, she aims to make people feel seen, understood, and a little less alone, while also challenging the way society views neurodivergence.I had a great time chatting with Charlie.
