He considers obedience, resistance, sedevacantism, withdrawal into prayer and the preservation of Tradition, recognising the genuine concern for the Faith that can exist within each approach while warning against servility, pride, sectarianism and premature certainty. The conference argues that the Church can be restored only by returning all things to their proper end: the glory of God, the salvation of souls, fidelity to truth, and supernatural charity.
