Spiritual Maturity

It’s past time for us as Christians to grow up.Notes:o    1 Corinthians 13:11 (NKJV)1.    When Immature Christians hear God's chastisement of them, they immediately go to condemnation.2.    A lack of Spiritual Maturity – you turn inward to your problems, selfish, not a good witness, not looking to helping others, don’t/won’t serve.3.    Spiritual Maturity - is having a passion for all of God, Selfless, a good witness, looks to help others and serves.4.    They have a huge concern for those who are saved but stay in the baby Christian camp/nursery.5.    This may shock you, but you are not on planet earth just to be happy and blessed.6.    Spiritual Maturity Attributes:a.    Hard to offend.b.    Quick to forgive.c.    Self-control.d.    Prayers of “God I want Your will” – “God use me” – “God grow me.”e.    Disciplined speech.f.    They don’t live by their feelings.g.    Consistent.h.    Generous.i.    Humility.7.    We grow our whole life – Spiritual Maturity isn’t something you just arrive at one day.o    Philippians 3:13 (NKJV)8.    We must learn to control our emotions, So our circumstances aren’t controlling and ruling us all the time.o    Romans 12:2 (NKJV)o    Romans 12:2 (TPT)o    Hebrews 5:13-14 (NKJV)Need Prayer?
