Spiritual Warfare Series: Molech

Greetings everyone, and may grace, mercy, and peace be multiplied to you. We will be in 1 John 5 today. This week, we will be discussing the demon Molech, the demon of child sacrifice. You may not think that is a problem in today’s society, but it is very much so prevalent in the form of abortion. Our job as Christians isn't to try to stop those demons by force, but by healing and preventing the damage that they do. We weren't called to burn down abortion clinics, or shame those who have had abortions in the past. We were called, however, to love on those who have made difficult decisions in the past, and counsel those who are in need. Let God do the real fighting for us, and let us fight by showing the love of Jesus to all. “Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and the Son and the Holy Spirit, teaching them to observe all that I commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Matthew 28 19-20 Don’t forget to pray for one another, especially during these uncertain times.
