Sport i Srbija - advanced (B1.2-C1)

from Unlock your Serbian · host Nevena & Jelena

Pored tenisa i uspeha Novaka Đokovića, posebnu pažnju posvećujemo večitoj i prilično radikalnoj podeli između navijača Crvene zvezde i Partizana – Delija i Grobara. Razgovaramo o tome kako ova strast počinje još u detinjstvu pod uticajem roditelja i kakav haos nastaje u Beogradu tokom čuvenog večitog derbija. Listen to the longer version (46 minutes) & read the transcript with English translations by becoming a member! Nevena (00:00) Zdravo svima, ja sam Nevena. I dobro došli u novu epizodu Unlock Your Serbian sa Jelenom i Nevenom. Hello everyone, I am Nevena. Jelena (00:02) Ja sam Jelena. I am Jelena. Nevena (00:03) I dobro došli u novu epizodu Unlock Your Serbian sa Jelenom i Nevenom. And welcome to a new episode of Unlock Your Serbian with Jelena and Nevena. Jelena (00:07) Tako je, dobro došli u još jednu epizodu našeg podkasta i danas razgovaramo o sportu. That's right, welcome to another episode of our podcast and today we are talking about sports. Is sport important for Serbs and which sport do Serbs love the most? This is a topic we thought for a long time whether we should do it or not, because neither you nor I are experts when it comes to sports, but sports are definitely very important in Serbian culture and generally people in Serbia love to watch football, and basketball, and water polo, and tennis, and generally this is an important social moment. Because I think that many people wait for a match to take place, they wait to go out with friends, to drink beer, to talk, to get angry or to rejoice and so on.
