from 1 Minute to Unstuck Hosted by Kam Knight
The spotlight is never on the new. In real life, we shine the light on the new and different. But in your brain it’s the opposite. Your will always put the spotlight on what you old and familiar. Even if you learn something new or a new way of doing things or living life, the spot light will always go to the old. And the rest will be dark, you won’t even know you learned something new or the new options.
