Lots of riffing accompanied by some analysis of moral panics during the 80s, 90s, and today (as viewed through the lens of punk subculture). They pay particular attention to a 1990 'Donahue' episode about 2 LIVE CREW's obscenity charges, which featured JELLO BIAFRA, MIKE MUIR, and WENDY O. WILLIAMS as guest panelists.
