Stanley Tucci - I Disagree with You!

Actor, director and author Stanley Tucci reveals in his latest book, Taste, that he has a gluten intolerance. He also has a self-declared rant in his book about gluten free pasta and how it could never be as good at pasta made with wheat. I completely disagree! Growing up in an Italian - American home, we ate pasta a lot! Their is some excellent gluten free pasta on the market. So good that even my non-gluten free family members ask for them when they visit! My favorite brands are: Garofalo, La Veneziane, Jovial, Taste Republic and Charlie's Table.
