In the fall Tech fractures his leg and Omega and Echo have to leave behind the contents of Count Dooku’s war chest to get him to safety. With the help of Romar Adell, a native of the planet Serenno, they hide out while waiting for the rest of the Bad Batch to recover them. As Wrecker and Hunter improvise a cannon to battle their way back to their ship The Marauder, Omega makes another attempt to raid the war chest. She fails but Romar convinces her that the cursed treasure won’t make her happy and The Bad Batch escape Serenno empty handed but alive. Back on the planets surface Vice Admiral Rampart confronts clone Captain Wilco over his report that Clone Force 99 were behind the attack. To cover his tracks, and avoid Grand Moff Tarkin’s wrath, Rampart kills the Captain and removes all trace of the Bad Batch from the official report to the Empire.
