Stark research findings into residential land supply in Ireland

In 2006, we were building 16 homes per 1000 people in Dublin. Today we are building only 4. It’s one of the more stark findings in a piece of research into residential land supply in Ireland and underlines why we have such a housing crisis at the moment whereby rental property is more expensive here than in Paris. The author of that report out today is John Ring, Director of Research at Savills Ireland who spoke to Breakfast Business this morning.
