Minister of Communications and Digital Technologies, Solly Malatsi says he believes transformation is sacrosanct and cannot be postponed in the ICT Sector. Malatsi is briefing the Portfolio Committee on Communications and Digital Technologies on his proposed policy directions in the ICT Sector as gazetted last week Friday. He says the proposed draft policy that recognises alternatives to Black ownership requirements is not only meant for Starlink.
