START. STOP. FACE. EMBRACE.

Are you struggling to hit your goals and remember them by the end of the year?  I’m here to let you in on a big secret…it’s probably because you’re not looking at it everyday and reminding yourself of what it is that you chose in January. Listen in…write it down, put it up, look at it daily.  I use to create vision boards and goals and wondered why it took me so long to get their. I see now, it’s because I didn’t have the tools and the how. When you choose your start, stop, face and embrace for your year, you are choosing your tools that will help you get to your targets quicker and with ease.  In this podcast I share with you my START. STOP. FACE. And EMBRACE for 2023 and how they will assist me in getting to my targets for this year. Here are the 4 questions to ask yourself?  What will you START in 2023? What will you STOP in 2023? What will you FACE in 2023? What will you EMBRACE in 2023?  As the year is ending, I like to look back at the good, the bad, the ugly and the beautiful… all of it comes to mind. The past is there to guide you as we continue to look forward to the future.
