Today I’m joined by Rachel Collar, Founder of the Haus of HR. Rachel shares her journey into self-employment role and why she set up her HR business following a life event. Rachel a ‘HR Rockstar’, also calls herself the HR interior designer of business and shares how her business name was inspired by Lady Gaga. She loves to be ‘super busy’ and as well as her HR business, holds a number of volunteer roles. She shares how she is super organised and the importance of saying ‘No’.
