It can be learned. Building an eXp organization is a skill set.Here’s the good news….There are only 3 most important qualities you can have when you’re starting your recruitment journey: coachable, willing and hungry. (IF there are a lot, have them type the highest single month amount into the chat box)Over 4200 agent has sponsored 5 agents (or more).Ok OK, but some of those people joined a long time ago…it’s different now.
