In adding AI to your business consider these best practices: Create a list of potential applications and order them by the ease of use and value to the company. Identify a simple use case for the first effort. Check to see if you have the skills necessary to implement the program. Build a team to run the implementation and make sure you have sufficient resources. Identify key data sources and take the time to clean the data and organize it into clean well structured sets. Implement the project in steps and stages. Define success in the early stages as MVPs and demos and not completed products. Reserve enough data storage for the project. Educate the company on AI and data terminology. Build an MVP and test it with the target audience. Identify key points of value and open gaps. Prioritize the gaps and work to close them. Continue to test with the target audience and measure the value the program provides. Consider these best practices in your AI implementation.
