Me detuve un momento para descansar; un minuto después, retomé con otra dominada fluida en front lever más press. Luego, cambié el agarre para intentar un front lever one arm, avanzando poco a poco para acostumbrarme a la posición y ganar fuerza de manera gradual, hasta perfeccionar la postura. Después de más dominadas en front lever, pasé a supino: realicé una negativa hasta sostener un front lever supino, subí con un pull over para otra full planche, y tras unos segundos cedí para ejecutar un victorian lever, aguantándolo firmemente. Finalicé el combo con una straddle planche, incorporando dos flexiones y un hold de dos segundos. pese a la fatiga inicial, demostró el poder de la persistencia y el progressive overload en calisthenics. In this training session, I felt extremely fatigued, but my determination to improve didn't waver. First, I did a brief stretch to relieve accumulated fatigue, release muscle tension, and prepare my body for the effort. This marked the beginning of this demanding routine of advanced static holds. I started strong: a few front lever pull-ups followed by a press, holding it for a few seconds before transitioning to a 3-second full planche. I paused briefly to rest; a minute later, I resumed with another fluid front lever pull-up followed by a press. Then, I changed my grip to attempt a one-arm front lever, progressing gradually to get used to the position and build strength progressively, until I perfected the posture. After more front lever pull-ups, I moved to a supinated front lever: I performed a negative until I could hold a supinated front lever, pulled myself up for another full planche, and after a few seconds, released myself to execute a Victorian lever, holding it firmly. I finished the combo with a straddle planche, incorporating two push-ups and a two-second hold. Despite initial fatigue, it demonstrated the power of persistence and progressive overload in calisthenics. Each repetition strengthens not only the muscles but also the mindset, bringing me closer to mastering seemingly impossible movements like the one-arm front lever.
