Cerré este fin de semana con un entrenamiento en el que prioricé la fuerza, restándole importancia a la postura, aunque no dejé que esta fuera tan mala. Comencé mi calentamiento breve con mis habituales flexiones y dominadas escapulares, a las que añadí también aguantes isométricos. En esta ocasión, realicé el entrenamiento con combos de estáticos y, al terminar, di inicio a esta sesión. Empecé con una full planche wide, priorizando el empuje y la escápula, pero dejando la cadera y las piernas caídas. La mantuve unos segundos y pasé a una full planche normal con dos flexiones (la postura aquí era un poco mala). Luego, hice un front lever un poco caído de caderas; aun así, logré una dominada arquera, levanté un press y sostuve el front lever unos pocos segundos antes de subir a un pull over y realizar una straddle planche wide. Descansé unos minutos y continué el combo con un front lever wide: levanté un press y pasé a un front lever normal. Luego subí para hacer una full planche ligeramente sólida, la mantuve unos segundos y bajé a front lever. Segundos después, pasé a back lever y sumé un press. Descansé un minuto más tras el segundo combo y seguí con un front lever con dos dominadas. Pasé a un front lever wide, hice una dominada arquera más un aguante de pocos segundos, subí para otra full planche breve y volví a bajar a un front lever que mantuve unos segundos antes de pasar al victorian lever. Aquí finalicé los combos y decidí practicar por separado el front lever one arm supino. Hice varios intentos y noté que aún me falta mejorar la fuerza, la postura y la técnica. Lo practico en supino porque siento más facilidad, aunque aún no sé por qué; lo descubriré a medida que vaya progresando. Hello to all Hive users and athletes of the Street Workout Community! Back to static exercises. I wrapped up this weekend with a workout that prioritized strength, downplaying posture, though I didn't let it get too bad. I started my brief warm-up with my usual push-ups and scapular pull-ups, adding isometric holds as well. This time, I did a combination of static exercises, and after finishing, I started this session. I began with a full planche wide, prioritizing the push and scapular engagement, but with my hips and legs slumped. I held it for a few seconds and moved to a regular full planche with two push-ups (my posture here was a bit off). Then, I did a front lever with my hips slightly slumped; even so, I managed a bow pull-up, did a bench press, and held the front lever for a few seconds before moving up to a pullover and performing a straddle planche wide. I rested for a few minutes and continued the combo with a wide front lever: I did a press and transitioned to a regular front lever. Then I pulled myself up to do a slightly solid full planche, held it for a few seconds, and dropped back down to a front lever. Seconds later, I moved to a back lever and added a press. I rested for another minute after the second combo and continued with a front lever with two pull-ups. I transitioned to a wide front lever, did an archer pull-up plus a hold for a few seconds, pulled myself up for another brief full planche, and dropped back down to a front lever which I held for a few seconds before moving to the Victorian lever. Here I finished the combos and decided to practice the supine one-arm front lever separately. I made several attempts and noticed that I still need to improve my strength, posture, and technique. I practice it supine because it feels easier, although I don't know why yet; I'll find out as I progress.
