Step 3 ,making a decision

I have been working on creating episodes for each of the 12 steps for recovery of depression as we know it. Making a decision to turn our lives over to the care of God of our own understanding. was one of the best decisions I have ever made. All that is required is making a decision today to open the door to asking for guidance . Keep it simple. Journaling your progress is a very effective tool. For myself writing helps to pull the thoughts out of my head and makes them more solid on paper. Creating new habits can be accomplished in 30 days if you so desire. Good luck on your journey of defeating depression. My experience of using these steps along with other key components that I share in other episodes has changed my life forever.
