Stories Shared Between 2 Former Single Moms!

20+ years ago Gabi Garland and I became mothers, and the unexpected surprise along with being moms at a young age was being a single mom at a young age. The journey was not easy, and it never truly is for any mother. There are highs and lows, tears of joy and pain, times you feel like "What the heck am I doing?" to "I totally got this"! Being a mother has its rewards, and boy oh boy it can most certainly have its challenges.

Listen in as Gabi shares her story of what single mommy-hood was like for her, and I share a little bit of my journey as well.  This is a conversation between 2 women who didn't always know what to do for our daughters, except to love them and do what we thought was best. This is also a conversation between 2 women who were ridiculed at times about the mothering style, and sometimes made to feel that we were not good enough to be mothers.  This is a conversation about growth and love.
