And if you stick it out, look your fear dead in the eyes—whatever it is you’re facing, breakup, job loss, illness, death of a loved one—no matter how insurmountable it might seem at the time, with a bit of grit and a little luck, you’ll come out the other side better and stronger for the simple fact that you had the courage to stick it out. And small change or big as the result, you’ll never be the same.
