So last week was a whole mess. My teen came down with the flu which meant I was on double mommy duty, ramping up my energy to make sure she was ok for the last 6 days as well as avoiding getting sick. She's totally fine now and we are pretty much in the clear but I did have to make sure I took a few simple steps to take care of myself while caring for her. I talk about it in this weeks episode.
