Strepping & "strapping"

This week, Kia stayed home with strep throat, which led to us all having theories as to how she got it. Meanwhile, after dinner with Ron's Jewish couple friends, he decided to hop on JDate. Did we mention he's not Jewish? Not even Jew "ish."Misti has surmised that Ron's not finding anyone to date because he doesn't give off the "looking to date" vibe, but she's also keeping count of how many "dates" he's been on in the last few weeks, too. One in particular wasn't so much a "date" as much as a "late night" rendezvous. Trolling local headlines, the trio had thoughts on the dildo lobbed onto the Atlanta Dream basketball court mid-game. Kia went viral on social media with her reaction, and has theories: was it a sponsor tie-in? The color of the sex toy was similar to the CashApp logo. Or, did it "fall out" of a player's shorts (because she educated Misti & Ron that some lesbians stay "strapped"). That led to an impassioned discussion about WNBA player pay (we're behind the players) but Kia also beef with the players not really embracing the largely gay fanbase, too. More headlines ... do we care about the Sydney Sweeney jeans controversy? And how did that lead us into having smoke for Laverne Cox, exactly? Somehow, Misti sharing use of rice and bird seed led to Ron mentioning how he entertains his cats. Oh, and Misti met them!
