Oh boy (or girl or ... you) the conversation was a little 'heated' (and yes, we touched on that show, a little, too) when Kia, Misti & Ron wandered into a conversation about this random social media post about trans pregnancies caught Ron's attention this past week.All that's going on in the world and some guy's lobbing social media grenades at trans people like it's still 2024? C'mon.That said, Kia has some issues with all the attention garnered by those in the trans community - she believes at the expense of masculine-presenting lesbians. Back from their Thanksgiving break, Kia, Misti & Ron (well, Kia & Misti) are in the holiday spirit. Misti actually revealed how she makes holiday decorating a little "saucy" at her house - something about nudity and tree needles. Good luck erasing that from your mind's eye.Meanwhile, is Kia considering a "winter break" from her boo because she can't handle the cold? The trio enjoyed reveling in Georgia's win over Alabama - but Misti confessed to not getting football. This led to a discussion about the kind of sports the gays are drawn to.Then listen as they each share the music of their childhood tha outed them before they actually came out.

While Kia is enjoying all the salacious Epstein email details, imagining Don servicing that "big beautiful Bill," Misti offers that she kinda found Clinton kinda hot back in the day. Suffice to say, there's plenty of fun political talk in this week's GayTLOL gathering.Also, Caitlyn Jenner - currently broke AF - has found her love for socialism now that she needs funds from others. Misti brought Ron a jar-sized terrarium for his home studio, which means the pressure's on to keep this thing alive. Ron's all moved into his new place and Misti is loving the home studio upgrade, but Kia, having once lived in the building Ron's moved into, has a warning about a crazy neighbor he may have to deal with. Then there's the question: what happened to Ron's roommate? That's all Kia and Misti needed to gang up on Ron to crack jokes a-plenty.Kim Davis got brushed aside by the Supreme Court so naturally the gays celebrate that marriage equality is safe again - for now. Davis, having been married, divorced and re-married to a same man, got the trio to discussing their experiences dating someone a second time.

Kia's back from Belize with her boo, and as Misti marveled at her glowing skin, the gays were given the lesbian skincare regimen - but neither Misti nor Ron are interested in it. The trio discussed a lot of stuff this week - everything from Halloween costumes, Spirit Halloween costume descriptions, Misti's expensive skull and Ron's cheaper alternative, gay marriage peril in court, an upcoming gay wedding expo, cats (and Ron didn't bring 'em up), why lesbians like playing darts and more.

Kia's vacationing in Belize, so it's just Misti & Ron rattling around in Ron's condo - the one he swears he's moving out of in about a week. Misti sees no progress in packing and Ron explains why that is.He's not a packer? (snickers)Ron revealed something truly embarrassing happened to him at a busy eatery just after the Pride parade. Let's just say he trusted a toot was "just a toot." Oops.Misti kept trying to talk Ron into going all out for Halloween when she, herself is relegating her costume to an outfit in her closet, adding some feathers and calling it a day.Is Ron "man-ox-rexic" or does Misti need to exercise portion control?That and more on this week's GayTLOL.

It's PRIDE Week in Atlanta, so Kia, Misti & Ron each have various projects to prepare for. Kia, meanwhile, subtly let her cohosts become aware she had company while on FaceTime for the show.It was Misti's keen eye that spotted the lovely company Kia had - and it turns out she was meal-prepping for her Atlanta bae before leaving down. We're talking salads and Mason jars.Naturally, Misti & Ron got to talking about all their fast food favorite while Kia's having to toss a box of Popeye's. Okay, what else? Pride chatter, the MAGA women and their own "gender affirming care" and more.

Sad news in Ron's world as his beloved 12-year old cat, Herschel, lost his battle with liver cancer, then hours later, found out his longtime friend and mentor Greg had passed, too. Hear how Ron startled an Arby's employee with Herschel - in a carrier in the passenger seat - en route to the crematorium. Misti, meanwhile, got c*ck-blocked - by her husband - as some hunky mountain man was about to show her his d*ck pic on his phone (she says ...). You have to hear this went down!Somehow that led the trio to "butt stuff" and getting specific about 'technique.' Then, out of nowhere, Kia wanted to ask the two whiteys on the show about their bathing habits and if they washed their legs. This line of questioning is all Chelsea Handler's fault, by the way. Ron and Misti educate Kia on how mustiness is actually a gay male kink. Kia educated them that's not the case with the lesbians. Ron revealed a non-negotiable, speaking of kinks, for his dating profiles, which made Misti determined to overcompensate for: by sending him feet pics he's wholeheartedly not into.

Kia returns from both a boring cruise (how's that even possible?) and a major GLAAD black entertainers' forum and seems more empowered than ever. Hear as she enlightens Misti & Ron on an idea she has for Atlanta.Misti, aka "Michael," meanwhile, had a major symphony performance last weekend and gave all the details. It was Ron who shared that - in his experience anyway - the vacuum pressure in the body might create pressured air coming not just from pursed lips but the balloon knot in back, too. Misti claims to have no knowledge of this.Ron, meanwhile, is feeling blue over the looming loss of his best little buddy, Herschel, but did share that - between that and being worn out from a marathon day of softball - he had a shot at some primo man-activity, but was unable to muster up the strength. Misti & Kia seem eager to offer up the "bussy" on his behalf. Oh, yeah, they trio also has 'questions' about the whole Charlie Kirk mess, the Jimmy Kimmel saga and Ron's cautiously optimistic (but worried) about Madonna's forthcoming music.

Kia's off on her cruise this week, so it was just Misti & Ron fleshing out their "plan" if the country crumbles into chaos. All kidding aside, Misti thinks her past means she's stuck - but is she, really?Somewhere along the way the concept of a "throupling" came up and it involves Ron needing a manicure. Can one be too tired and sore (from softball) for a late-night booty call? Ron says "definitely," but he was up and at 'em the next day to ogle Atlanta Braves jocks on 'selfie day' at the ballpark anyway, which led to the time he was surrounded by pro athletes who were all naked in his presence once. Who names "baby drag queens?" That question came up and Misti explained how most names come about, along with her own journey. Ron, meanwhile, shared some knee-slapping drag names from Atlanta's past he'd learned about recently. Oh, and Misti has a big weekend coming up, performing in drag and in concert, too!

Kia, Misti and Ron reunite after the Labor Day off-week with a lot to catch up on!Kia and Ron spent some Black Gay Pride time together, and before Ron's "Irish Goodbye" at MSR, he got hit on. Sort of. He had a "hole-y" encounter, which sent him scrambling. This somehow led to Misti & Kia scrutinizing Ron's Grindr profile photo choices. Kia and Misti were commiserating over ... lawncare? This led to a revelation: blonde raccoons are a thing and they're cute!Oh, and on the heels of Kia threatening to gun 'em down, Misti explained why she's not "allowed" to possess a firearm. We found out why.Also Ron's a little "prison curious."

So last week, Ron asked Kia for an update on the woman we came to know as "boo thang," the airline pilot that was the new interest in her life. The problem was, Kia was in the car for the episode, on her way to a concert with her ex in the car. Seems they'd bought the tickets long ago but still wanted to go, so go they went. Together. And Ron asked about a new woman in Kia's life.Awkward.Somehow, after Kia untangled that mess for us, we learned she also once had endorsed a fleet of U-Hauls in the Atlanta area. Seriously? A lesbian endorsing U-Hauls? The jokes write themselves. Misti, Ron and Kia also cover the week's headlines: Kia with some strong words for Snoop Dogg, the entire cast weighing in on the outrage over a male NFL dance team member and what Atlanta smells like (depending on the area of Atlanta you're in).A little DragonCon chatter, Atlanta Pride talent talk and more - all this week on GayTLOL.

This week, Kia was on her way to a City Winery show as Misti & Ron wandered into conversations about white stylists working on black hair. Kia, working in entertainment, had some horror stories to share. Fresh from housesitting in a bidet-installed home, Ron revealed a near-miss attack from one of the devices. Misti felt targeted for blame after only being there for the podcast a couple hours. Misti revealed the need for Labor Day weekend and Atlanta Pride weekend to be fruitful for female impersonators, what with Trump tariffs affecting the cost of (checks notes) sequins and ostrich feathers. She also had shade for Ron (again) failing to see her performance last Saturday - and he was even there an hour beforehand. Meanwhile, Ron reports on two shows he wrapped watching: the dreadful 'And Just Like That' and the show that kind of put him in an emotional funk: 'Heartstopper.' Ron's housesitting (with three cats, of course) for his Jewish straight friends, and lo and behold the whole house is armed with bidets! Having been "on the fence" about committing to one before, he's now convinced he can handle the room temperature water without investing in a heating element. Misti, on the other hand, showed up having just had dinner with husband Stefan (who joined the show later) with "spicy Italian sausage" dinner in "the chamber," so word of a nearby bidet was a welcome relief. Misti & Stefan went through a round of the "Oldywed Game" which led to us finding out how they met and when Misti "came out" to Stefan as a drag performer, too. Oh, and ALL this time on the show and Kia hadn't let us in on HER big news: she's got a "boo thang!"

This week, Kia stayed home with strep throat, which led to us all having theories as to how she got it. Meanwhile, after dinner with Ron's Jewish couple friends, he decided to hop on JDate. Did we mention he's not Jewish? Not even Jew "ish."Misti has surmised that Ron's not finding anyone to date because he doesn't give off the "looking to date" vibe, but she's also keeping count of how many "dates" he's been on in the last few weeks, too. One in particular wasn't so much a "date" as much as a "late night" rendezvous. Trolling local headlines, the trio had thoughts on the dildo lobbed onto the Atlanta Dream basketball court mid-game. Kia went viral on social media with her reaction, and has theories: was it a sponsor tie-in? The color of the sex toy was similar to the CashApp logo. Or, did it "fall out" of a player's shorts (because she educated Misti & Ron that some lesbians stay "strapped"). That led to an impassioned discussion about WNBA player pay (we're behind the players) but Kia also beef with the players not really embracing the largely gay fanbase, too. More headlines ... do we care about the Sydney Sweeney jeans controversy? And how did that lead us into having smoke for Laverne Cox, exactly? Somehow, Misti sharing use of rice and bird seed led to Ron mentioning how he entertains his cats. Oh, and Misti met them!

The show regroups to let Misti revel in not only winning a softball tournament, but her personally hitting her first-ever inside-the-park home run. With help. Misti also revealed she has a remedy to keep herself from pooping in ballpark porta-potties. Unsure how safe it is, but she swears it works.Ron, meanwhile, didn't play in that tournament because it was his week to have the cats - and Kia and Misti just don't get that. Maybe he should've gone, though; he'd have avoided being deeply psychoanalyzed on a pretty awful "first" date. Ron also confessed to being unable to quit "And Just Like That," the "Sex and the City" spin-off, despite it being pretty awful TV. Speaking of, he mentioned Chip & Joanna Gaines' new reality series "Back to the Frontier" with two gays and their twin boys out in the wild "roughing it," before asking Kia and Misti if they enjoyed camping to experience a little nature and minimalism.Would their answers surprise you?

The sudden passing of Malcolm Jamal-Warner, a sometimes Atlanta resident, led to Kia & Ron sharing their harrowing vacation experiences, and for Misti to realize two things: she hasn't done much and she's quite okay with that. Kia returned from a 24-hour whirlwind trip to D.C. for a black lesbian pool party. Ron has a pool on the same floor of his condo and can't be bothered to make the short walk, but Kia will brave TSA and flights for hers. That (somehow) led to Kia wondering if a) Ron's been between "big black boobies" (he has) and b) if he'd ever "been" with a woman (that, too).WNBA All Star weekend antics led to a conversation about the "StudBudz," plus Ron revealed he was almost catfished, and somehow that led to Misti and Kia zeroing in on Ron being a "chickenhawk," (a gay cougar, of sorts).
